Removal process:

• Inspection visit.
• Closed quote in writing.
• Removal day. Collection at address of origin.
• Unloading and subsequent assembly of furniture.
• Loading and relocation in padded removal lorry.
• Delivery and placement of furniture at destination address.
• Management and payment of taxes to reserve public space in corresponding local councils.

We have two types of service: DIRECT OR EXCLUSIVE SERVICE and COMBINED or GROUPAGE SERVICE

DIRECT OR EXCLUSIVE SERVICE:

The client determines both the collection and delivery dates together with the Trallero team. The clients who contract this service usually have an immediate need to receive their removals at their new address as soon as possible. For this reason, they contract the Exclusive or Direct service which means that once the lorry is loaded, it leaves for the new address straight away only allowing for the journey time.

COMBINED OR GROUPAGE SERVICE:

The client determines the collection date together with the Trallero team but the delivery date is determined by other shipments with the same destination. In this case, the client does not require their removal immediately. It’s usually for small removals or specific furniture items as well as for those clients who do not have a destination address and need furniture storage for a period of time.
